What You'll Do

📌 Lead Sponsorship Strategy & Growth

Shape the EMEA sponsor prospectus, pricing and value proposition alongside global and regional partner teams.
Build and nurture strong partner relationships to grow sponsorship revenue.
Identify, research and qualify new sponsorship opportunities aligned to our brand and world‑class Data & AI events.
Pitch new concepts, expand package offerings and drive upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.

📌 Own Sponsor Contracts & Billing

Streamline the contract process by collaborating closely with legal stakeholders.
Create and maintain EMEA-approved sponsor contract templates.
Oversee end‑to‑end billing: communications, contract accuracy, signatures, invoicing and documentation management.

📌 Deliver World‑Class Sponsor Experience

Manage onboarding, contracts and renewals across multiple sponsors simultaneously.
Act as the primary point of contact-ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service.
Collect and organise sponsor assets (logos, decks, headshots, contact details).
Work with event leads to brief sponsors effectively, hosting KBYG/Q&A sessions for each city.
Ensure every deliverable is met accurately and on schedule.
Track satisfaction, measure performance, and produce insightful post‑event reports.
