Who We Are:
AND Digital are a tech company focused on accelerating digital delivery and dedicated to closing the digital skills gap. We’ve been helping organisations build better digital products and stronger digital teams since 2014.

We believe our work should always leave a legacy for the client. We do this through close relationships with our offices (or ‘Clubs’) so that our partners are always prioritised by a regional team close to them.

This unique model has driven success for our clients and ourselves, evidenced by our remarkable organic growth since 2014. Today we number more than 1,300 people with Clubs all over the UK and Europe with plans for global expansion in the next couple of years.

Join us - and help us fulfil our mission to close the world’s digital skills gap.

What you’ll bring to the table:

You enjoy being at the heart of things: keeping work moving, organising the details, joining the dots, and helping both clients and internal teams feel fully supported. You take pride in getting things right and you’re motivated by delivering a smooth, well-run operation behind the scenes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in Client Services and Professional Services. You’ll learn from experienced leaders, develop commercial acumen, and take on more responsibility as you grow.

Reporting to a Client Services Director, you’ll help keep the commercial and operational heartbeat of our biggest accounts healthy and well managed. Your focus will include:

Commercial and Financial Management This is the foundation of the role…
  • Owning the invoicing process end-to-end: obtaining POs, managing timesheet approvals, issuing invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing and issue resolution.
  • Maintaining financial hygiene across our portfolio of accounts - support with forecasting revenue, monitoring commercial risks, and keeping internal systems up to date. Support the CSD with tracking profitability & utilisation and escalating variances early.
  • Creating and administering Contracts - Drafting clear, accurate and comprehensive Statements of Work (SoWs) for all of our client engagements & driving timely completion by all parties.

Client Engagement Support & Account Growth

  • Building trust with your client counterparts by being reliable, organised, and commercially aware - and generally great to work with!
  • Supporting Client Services Director in managing client relationships, ensuring actions, decisions, and next steps are clearly captured and followed through.
  • Contributing to client meetings by preparing agendas, documenting outcomes, and proactively progressing work between sessions - don’t worry if you are newer to some of the more technical content of those meetings, we’ll help you learn!
  • Account Growth - including the coordination of proposal creation, sourcing candidates & organising interviews.
  • Gather and track Client NPS scores and support preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and account presentations by pulling the right data and insights.

Delivery Coordination

  • Responding promptly and professionally to queries or concerns, balancing the needs of clients, ANDis, and the business
  • Keeping internal project tools accurate and up to date, supporting planning and reporting activities
  • Working closely with delivery and talent teams to secure the right people for client engagements
  • Spotting opportunities to improve how we work and sharing ideas - we love making things simpler and smarter!

Ownership of Smaller Engagements

This is the growth pathway for the role…
  • Take on smaller clients or work streams, managing commercials, delivery coordination, and client satisfaction independently.
  • Demonstrate increasing autonomy, accountability, and confidence in commercial decision-making.

Key skills and competencies

  • Strong organisational skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities at pace bringing structure, calm, and follow-through.
  • Clear, confident communication
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to simplify information, write crisp updates, and ensure everyone knows what’s happening and what comes next.
  • High attention to detail
    You’re thorough - numbers, contracts, process…
