We are seeking a talented CRM Manager to join our Marketing & Business Development team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.
As CRM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the firm’s CRM strategy, driving adoption, ensuring data integrity, and embedding best practice across international offices. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, manage a dedicated CRM team, and act as a trusted adviser to partners and fee-earners.
What you’ll do:- Lead CRM initiatives and champion data-driven business development.
- Manage and enhance systems including Inter Action and Vuture.
- Oversee data governance, compliance, and reporting frameworks.
- Support global campaigns, client programmes, and onboarding for new offices.
- Deliver training and foster engagement through a CRM Champions network.
- Significant experience in CRM management within a law firm or professional services.
- Expertise in Inter Action and Vuture, including integrations and upgrades.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach.
- Knowledge of GDPR and international data protection requirements.
- A passion for data-driven marketing and continuous improvement.
