Bid Executive

Blue Legal have partnered with an award winning chartered accountancy and advisory firm who are seeking a Bid Executive to join their London office. You will be joining a market leading firm who have experienced sustained and organic growth, with ambitious plans to embark on investment, development and growth in the next few years. Working alongside the marketing team this role will be responsible for the end to end management of bids, contributing to work winning activity and being exposed to a wide range of clients.

The Responsibilities:

• Take on the end to end management of bid process.
• Evaluate recent bids make recommendations on how to improve submissions and keep up to date with bid best practice.
• Develop and create new content.
• Using InDesign and Power Point Templates create final bid submissions.
• Help run presentation rehearsals with Partners and the bids team.
• Analyse tender outcomes and produce quarterly statistics.
• Develop best practice systems and procedures, including bid tools, methods, templates and credentials data.

The Candidate:

• Experience of working on bids, tenders and proposals
• Experience working in a professional services environment, preferably accountancy or legal
• Experienced in leading senior teams to deliver to tight deadlines
