We're hiring a Business Analyst (Growth) to support strategic initiatives and drive business expansion. This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution, helping leadership make informed decisions and improve operational performance across the organisation.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Work with cross-functional teams to define and deliver growth initiatives
• Prepare reports, insights, and presentations for senior stakeholders
• Support business cases and project planning for new initiatives
• Track industry trends and competitor activity
• Review existing processes and recommend improvements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a growth-focused role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with analytical tools and documentation
• Understanding of project delivery and change management

• Consulting or advisory background
• Experience working with senior stakeholders
• Exposure to growth strategy or market expansion initiatives
• Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar)
