The RoleAs a Business Development Manager, your focus will be generating new business and developing long-term relationships across corporate and enterprise customers. You’ll build and execute sales strategies, identify opportunities, and work closely with internal teams to deliver the right solutions.
This role is client-facing, involving meetings, events, and industry networking. You’ll also support onboarding to ensure new customers have a smooth start.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business and grow existing accounts.
- Increase revenue across AV, UC, collaboration, and managed services.
- Work closely with operations, engineering, and marketing teams.
- Represent the company at events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Lead customer onboarding and support invoicing processes.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within AV, UC, IT, or workplace technology.
- Strong relationship-building and leadership skills.
- Confident communicator with good presentation skills.
- Skilled negotiator who performs well under pressure.
