The Role

As a Business Development Manager, your focus will be generating new business and developing long-term relationships across corporate and enterprise customers. You’ll build and execute sales strategies, identify opportunities, and work closely with internal teams to deliver the right solutions.

This role is client-facing, involving meetings, events, and industry networking. You’ll also support onboarding to ensure new customers have a smooth start.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business and grow existing accounts.
  • Increase revenue across AV, UC, collaboration, and managed services.
  • Work closely with operations, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Represent the company at events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Lead customer onboarding and support invoicing processes.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
About You
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within AV, UC, IT, or workplace technology.
  • Strong relationship-building and leadership skills.
  • Confident communicator with good presentation skills.
  • Skilled negotiator who performs well under pressure.
