Business Development Executive

About the Role

Masterfix is one of London’s leading property maintenance and technical services businesses, operating across prime and super-prime residential developments. Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint a Business Development Executive to help drive new opportunities and expand our residential portfolio.

This is a hands-on, relationship-led role for someone confident, personable and commercially aware, with a genuine interest in the property sector and the motivation to go out and find opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively identify new buildings and developments by visiting target areas across London

* Spend time on the ground — walking developments, spotting opportunities and making introductions

* Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, managing agents, developers and freeholders

* Generate new business opportunities within prime and super-prime residential developments

* Attend meetings, site visits and industry events, representing Masterfix professionally

* Work closely with operational teams to ensure a smooth transition from introduction to service delivery

About You

* Confident, outgoing and comfortable approaching people face-to-face

* Not afraid to put the leg work in (literally) to identify and secure new opportunities

* Strong interest in property, buildings and high-quality residential developments

* Commercially minded, proactive and self-motivated

* Well organised with a professional and credible approach

This role would particularly suit:

* A Property Manager looking to move into a business development role

* Someone already involved in prime or super-prime residential developments

* A candidate who enjoys being out and about, exploring London and building relationships

Nice to Have (Not Essential)

* An interest in social media or content creation to support brand awareness
