Equitile Investments Ltd is a growing UK based FCA regulated boutique asset management firm is seeking a highly organised and professional Investor Relations & Executive Assistant to join its expanding London team. This newly created position offers an exceptional opportunity to work closely with the leadership team and to develop a long-term career in the industry. The role combines investor relations responsibilities with executive support, providing exposure to all aspects of the firm’s operations and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities Investor Relations- Support all aspects of the investor lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, communication, and ongoing investor servicing.
- Maintain investor records, CRM systems, and reporting schedules with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate investor reporting and fund marketing materials.
- Assist in organising investor meetings, events, and due diligence sessions.
- Liaise professionally with institutional and high-net-worth investors, external fund administrators, and other service providers.
- Provide proactive administrative and organisational support to the leadership team.
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
- Handle confidential communications and documentation with discretion.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and documentation for internal and external meetings.
- Assist with general office operations and coordination within a small, collaborative team.
- Recent graduate, with strong written English skills.
- Keen to develop a long-term career in client relations within investment management.
- Inquisitive, motivated and keen to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with professional discretion in handling sensitive matters.
- Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail across multiple projects.
- Confident working autonomously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
This is a pivotal role for a motivated and adaptable individual seeking to develop a long-term career in asset management. As the firm grows, the position will evolve to reflect the individual’s strengths and interests—offering growing responsibility within investor relations, operations, or broader fund management support.
You will join as part of the Investment
20/20 programme you will have opportunities to meet and network with over 250 trainees across the industry and participate in socials and insight events.
This role is is a fixed term one year contract with a view to becoming a permanent role? Paying £40,000 plus discretionary bonus.
You will receive 25 days annual leave. This role is based in London at Equitile Offices.
