Newmark HDH is accelerating growth across our Office Agency and wider UK business — and we’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help drive that journey.
Based in our central London office, this is a high‑impact role designed to further proactive growth of the firm. You will be responsible for building a consistent, high‑quality pipeline of opportunities, strengthening Newmark’s market presence, and creating long‑term client relationships across the UK commercial real estate market.
Working closely with senior leadership and the Office Agency team, you will lead structured outreach, by phone and any other means as needed, leverage targeted marketing campaigns, and unlock cross‑selling opportunities across Newmark’s service lines.
What You Will Do- Proactively identify and originate new opportunities with occupiers, landlords, and investors
- Build and nurture senior client relationships, positioning Newmark as a trusted strategic partner
- Own and manage the sales pipeline, delivering clear reporting and predictable growth
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, thought leadership, and events
- Drive cross‑service opportunities across Offices and Professional Services
- Proven success in business development or consultative sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, commercially minded self‑starter who thrives in a growth environment
