The London Coffee Factory, opened in 2025, is a state-of-the-art coffee roastery located in the historic Bottle Factory in Peckham, London. Committed to sustainability, the facility will utilize innovative electric induction roasting technology powered by renewable energy to reduce emissions while maintaining exceptional coffee quality. With an initial roasting capacity of 400 tonnes per year, the facility will champion environmentally responsible practices such as reusable packaging, carbon mapping, and regenerative agriculture.

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding The London Coffee Factory's market presence. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing strategic partnerships to drive growth. The role also involves conducting market research, creating and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and implementing business development strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role in the London Area, United Kingdom.

• Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
• Ability to conduct market research, identify trends, and create strategies for growth
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and strategic planning skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the coffee industry or sustainability practices is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently to achieve targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
