As a project manager , you’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners around the world to lead projects from start to finish. This includes estimating workloads, planning steps, assigning responsibilities, communicating status reports, and transitioning through a handover. While no two days will be the sam e, you’ll always strive for the same goal: to influence change and keep high-value projects moving in the right direction.

• Design and define work breakdown structures , resources required , and roles and responsibilities

• Ensure all client requirements are understood and documented

• Lead project and partner calls

• Create a positive working environment

• Manage and communicate project performance including overall status , changes , risks, assumptions, decisions and dependencies

• Lead testing, project handover and readiness assessments , and document any risks and follow-up items

• Outstanding Analytical skills
• Excellent communication ability (in English , multi-lingual a plus )
• Passion for working directly with customers
• Love for problem solving
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Adaptable
• Able to inspire change across a multi-cultural, cross-functional group
• Positive, motivational attitude
• Understand the company and corporate travel industry
