Technical Sales Manager – TUALCOM
We are expanding our UK operation and looking for a self‑starter who thrives on people, variety, and making things happen to lead business development, account management, lead generation, bid management, and RFI activities across the UK and beyond.
As Technical Sales Manager, you’ll drive business growth, identify opportunities, generate leads, win bids, build lasting relationships, and guide a sales team. You’ll develop strategies backed by market research, manage bid activity from start to finish, coordinate proposals, and represent the company at events and conferences.
What We Need From You- Degree-qualified in electrical, electronic, or communications engineering (or similar) with demonstrable experience working with GPS, GNSS, PNT, data links, electronic warfare, RF, or microwave antenna systems.
- Proven track record in sales or business development within this space.
- Proven leadership credentials to inspire and manage a sales team to hit growth targets.
- Strong technical grounding and confidence explaining complex concepts to varied audiences.
The role is fully based in our Docklands offices, London E14.
