About Relevent Football Partners

Relevent Football Partners (RFP) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Relevent, purpose-built to commercialise the UEFA men’s club competitions globally. An independent entity, RFP is tasked with providing UC3 — the joint venture between UEFA and European Football Clubs (EFC) — strategic and sales support in the worldwide marketing and sale of media, sponsorship, and licensing rights for the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Conference League, UEFA Super Cup, UEFA Youth League, and the UEFA Futsal Champions League.

Following the UC3 tender process, Relevent Football Partners was awarded the commercial rights to the UEFA men’s club competitions (Champions League, Europa League and Conference League) on a global basis for the 2027 to 2033 cycle.

As such, Relevent Football Partners is now seeking to build a truly world-class business focused on the monetisation of these commercial rights.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced guest experience and events manager, to lead the day-to-day planning and execution of corporate and client-facing events, multi‑day guest programme itineraries, industry conferences and leadership retreats. The role will have line management responsibility for the Guest Experience & Events Executive.

Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Project Management
  • Lead the planning, operations and execution of multi‑day premium guest experiences across major international sporting events.
  • Lead the set‑up and implementation of effective operational and communication systems and processes.
  • Lead the creation, on‑going management and circulation of project management tools including project plans & status documents.
  • Support the broader team with the development of documents for internal briefings to ensure internal visibility and alignment.
  • Efficiently manage project budgets from forecasting to reconciliation, processing invoices for all suppliers in collaboration with the Finance department.
  • Foster a spirit of collaboration across suppliers, agencies, venues and internal departments to achieve a seamless, premium guest experience.
  • Plan and attend venue visits as and when necessary.
  • On‑site presence for up to 7 days to oversee the delivery of VIP guest programmes at UMCC Finals.
  • On‑site leadership overseeing guest journey, logistics and experience, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholder and clients including real‑time issue resolution.
  • Proactively identify opportunities within the team and implement strategies to improve workflow and productivity.
Systems Management
  • Lead the development and ongoing management of online tools and systems to streamline project management and the guest experience across communications, ticketing, accommodation and transportation.
  • Lead the development and management of the Guest Experience App.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team, creative/production agencies and/or suppliers to deliver consistent, high‑quality event and experiential materials and production.
  • Lead internal reviews with the broader team to continually assess the quality of output and experience for clients, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Experience required
  • Extensive experience delivering high profile guest programmes at global live sports events for brands, agencies or rights holders.
  • Strong project management background.
  • Proven track record in client servicing, operational planning, and end‑to‑end project delivery.
  • Skilled at managing budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships effectively.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and familiarity with online ticketing tools and guest management systems.
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and objectives in complex, high‑pressure environments.
Skills required
  • Fluent use of English language in both verbal and written communications
