As a Consultant at 4C Associates, you will play a vital role in delivering impactful projects across our client base. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify and implement performance improvements, lead procurement and cost‑reduction initiatives, and much more.

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing or category management, with the ability to lead initiatives independently.
• Experience working in a public‑sector procurement environment is desirable (understanding of frameworks, SC clearance, etc.).
• Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical ability and proficiency in Excel.
• A collaborative and team‑oriented approach to project delivery.
• Ambition and enthusiasm to drive results in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
