Supplier Operations; Procurement Specialist

• Execute daily supplier intake‑to‑procure activities, serving as the first contact for routine questions and ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Complete sourcing tasks, including competitive events and renewal support, by gathering business requirements, analyzing data, coordinating RFx steps, and assisting in negotiation and contract processes.
• Coordinate procurement workflows with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate reviews, routing, and approvals before contract execution.
• Manage supplier contract and purchasing activities by organizing executed agreements, maintaining templates, creating accurate POs, and reviewing invoices for correctness and coding.
• Other responsibilities include ad‑hoc reporting, analytics, savings tracking, special projects and systems enhancements as assigned.

• 1‑2 years of experience in a Procurement function within a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to manage a high volume of requests and meet deadlines independently.
• Knowledgeable about sourcing, supplier management, and negotiation concepts, including basic commercial and legal discussions.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships across teams.
• Adaptable and eager to learn, comfortable working in tech‑enabled environments and contributing to system and process improvements.
• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Excitement about understanding and building systems and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, relevant certification, or commensurate experience.

• Experience with Netsuite.
• Experience with Tipalti and/or procure‑to‑pay platforms.
• Experience with Tropic and/or procurement intake platforms.
• Fluency in Japanese or German.
• Interest in pursuing a CPSM, CIPS, or similar procurement, accounting, sourcing or project management certification.
