Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll be the main point of contact overnight, ensuring residents receive a seamless service:

Welcoming visitors in a professional and courteous manner

Handling inbound calls, redirecting or taking messages as required

Receiving parcels and distributing them to residents' lockers

Responding promptly to resident enquiries by phone and email

Logging and distributing equipment used for resident services

Scheduling resident arrivals, departures, and related activities

Maintaining accurate logbooks for contractors and onsite visitors

What we're looking for:

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

At least 3 years' experience in a BTR or Residential environment. Candidates with only hotel experience will not be considered for this position.

Background working as a Night Duty Manager or similar night-based role within a BTR or Residential environment

Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken

Immaculate presentation with outstanding communication skills

Confidence working independently and managing multiple priorities overnight
