The Head of Sales Role

As Head of Sales, you'll lead and drive the growth of a dynamic, high-end catering business that delivers exceptional culinary experiences. You'll develop and execute strategies to expand the client base, build lasting relationships, and optimise revenue streams across a diverse portfolio of events. This role requires a strong background in sales, a passion for food, and the ability to identify new business opportunities.

Are you the next Head of Sales?
  • Lead and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with event planners, venues, and corporate partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both private and corporate sectors.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities.
