Report to: Sr. Marketplace Manager

Summary: It’s an exciting time to join this growing area of the business as you’ll be part of a developing team within the HH Digital division that focuses on managing key online Pure Player accounts. The Digital Partner Commerce (DPC) team at Helly Hansen is focused on enhancing the consumer experience for shopper’s who buy our brands online through the websites of our wholesale partners.

DPC leads the channel strategy for all online Pure Player accounts (e.g. without physical retail stores) and works directly with many to deliver high quality branded content and marketing activations. Reporting to the Senior Marketplace Manager, you will be a bridge between the marketplaces and the brand teams, managing day‑to‑day operational tasks while supporting commercial activities, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Amazon operations: manage chargebacks, reconcile discrepancies, coordinate with finance and logistics teams, and prepare performance reports.
  • Execute Zalando operations: manage inventory, coordinate shipments to Zalando warehouses with Customer Ops, and support merchandising and marketing activities.
  • Take ownership of Stadium marketplace from content, merchandising, operations, liaising with all relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Manage Helly Hansen Workwear presence on Amazon coordinating with Content Specialist and Marketing team to optimize product listings and campaigns, track performance, and suggest improvements.
  • Execute ISP program working with Sales Managers and Legal to ensure compliance.
  • Support finance team in resolving operational discrepancies and ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Prepare operational and sales data reports, highlighting opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Legal teams to ensure smooth marketplace execution.
Skills/Job Requirements
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, Zalando, Stadium, etc.).
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem‑solving capability.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Commercially aware, understanding the impact of operations on sales.
  • Proactive, hands‑on, and solution‑oriented approach.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Required Experience/Qualifications
  • Understanding of e‑commerce & marketplace industry trends.
  • 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, marketplaces, or digital retail operations.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central or similar platforms preferred.
  • Experience in inventory control, order management, or operational support in a digital/retail environment.
  • Basic understanding of marketing/content management for eCommerce platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Relevant sports/apparel category experience is a plus but not essential.
