Operate CRM Contacts System - Volunteer
Extinction Rebellion
Help us to save the planet. We need your help in our campaigns to lobby governments to take more action in preventing climate change. You will develop our online list of over 1,400 individual contacts and organisations. Each contact is a potential ally, supporter or donor.
Responsibilities- Keep the contact records up to date and add new contacts.
- Ensure GDPR compliance of the contact database.
- Help teams that are less familiar with the system’s data entry functions.
- Analyze new requirements together with user teams.
- Configure the system when technical skills are available.
- Support and training provided.
- 3+ years experience in any CRM system that holds contact details, especially ERPNext.
- Data management experience: audit, cleaning, duplicate management.
- Knowledge of GDPR compliance.
- Knowledge of campaigns to prevent and reduce climate change.
- Technical knowledge of ERPNext.
- Business analyst skills using an agile methodology.
- Business analysis skills for data improvement.
- Training and support capabilities.
