About the roleAs a Strategy Consultant at Executive Insight, you will work on a variety of exciting projects with the particular focus for this role being on capability building, organisational transformation, and functional excellence within medical affairs divisions of biopharmaceutical companies. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop solutions that drive the commercialization of biopharmaceutical products and navigate the complexities of healthcare systems.
This position offers the opportunity to further deepen your expertise in healthcare strategy while supporting project delivery and providing meaningful insights that help our clients achieve their objectives. You’ll receive guidance and feedback from Project Managers on your project work, while a dedicated Mentor will support your broader professional development at the company.
- Support project teams in translating complex or ambiguous business challenges of (pharma) medical affairs and market access teams into tailored deliverables aligned with client situation and senior client stakeholders.
- Support Project Managers to define functional strategies, organisational change requirements, and deliver transformation initiatives that align people, processes, and technology to achieve sustainable results.
- Assist in designing business cases, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks to measure impact and sustain performance.
- Support with the design and delivery of change management programs, training, and organisational development initiatives that drive sustainable adoption and capability building.
- Help maintain long‑term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and consistent value delivery.
- A minimum of 3 years consulting experience at a strategy or management consultancy with strong preference for experience in pharma/medical affairs.
- Experience contributing to projects in one or more of the following areas: capability building, business/organisational transformation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Core strategy consulting competencies: structured problem solving, intellectual rigour, executive presence, and change navigation.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus.
- Candidates must have full right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.
