In this role you will:

• Develop and execute a business and plan for the Consumer Products business in Capgemini UK.
• Manage consumer product financial performance, focusing on sales, revenue and profit.
• Create value propositions meeting client business needs and differentiate Capgemini in the consulting marketplace.
• Advise on market trend, consumer and competitor insights and best practice to support digital transition.
• Build deep, long‑standing relationships with CxO‑level clients to comprehend their priorities and spot ways Capgemini can help.
• Oversee successful programme and project delivery in consumer product realm with colleagues from the whole Capgemini.
• Lead senior and early‑career talent growth and training.
• Drive expertise visibility at sector events and communicate thought leadership in industry themes.

You will also help by:

• Business development – lead or contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids and client talks, host and attendings.
• Internal projects – build campaigns, think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice and practice and practise and practise and building models.
• Learning & development – learning to first issues and needs outreach.

We need a proven practitioner with the following:

• Track record in consulting for multiple global consumer product clients delivering diamond‑change.
• Sub‑sector expertise – FMC, consumer health, smoking, alcohol and luxury goods clients.
• Sector experience – category all nation/management/ commercial at least in variable(s).
• Strong business development – using Capgemini's relations and local network to generate £4m personal sales.
• Broad consultet services across the breadth of technology and AI in Transform a mee.
• Proactive to fron‑managerying innovation and creating market opportunities, focusing on client outcome.
• Excellent in matrix‑led management, build solid internal nets and lead teams with cross‑skills and experience.
• Currently in a senior consulting firm or industry but with heavy consulting background.
