• Partner with clients from Global 100 and 500 companies: serve as their trusted advisor, collaborating closely to understand their unique challenges, objectives, and opportunities. Build strong relationships, gain deep insights into their businesses, deliver tailored solutions, and identify referrals for new opportunities. Leverage these partnerships to drive innovation, foster strategic alignment, and continuously enhance the value proposition offered to clients.
• Conceptualise and design solutions linked to strategy and business priorities: develop solutions and simulations that directly align with organisational strategy and business priorities, translating innovative approaches into experiences that drive tangible business impact. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and implementation of these solutions.
• Lead client projects & programmes: manage client relationships and stakeholders, ensure clear communication and alignment of objectives, achieve successful project outcomes. Inspire and motivate team members, foster collaboration, maintain high standards of quality, and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate workshops, off‑sites and seminars: collaborate with internal teams across multiple projects and industries, ranging from 10‑person executive teams to large group off‑sites.

• A strong foundation in business and financial principles, a passion for client relationship building, and a consultative mindset.
• Experience in a consulting or corporate environment related to change management, strategy, or organisational development.
• Experience as a key member of a project with responsibility for deliverables and partnering with stakeholders, with project leadership a plus.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Evidence of a passion for building trusted relationships while managing clients.
• Communication skills: able to present confidently to a room of 100+ people.
• Digital savvy and interest in leveraging emerging technology such as Artificial Intelligence to improve productivity and wow clients.

Fluency in English is a must and additional fluency in any of other European languages (French, Spanish, Norwegian, German, Dutch or Swedish) would be a benefit. Right to work is a must; unfortunately BTS cannot sponsor any visas at this time.
