I'm recruiting for an experienced MET Technician to join a busy, well-run bodyshop in Woolwich.

This is a rare opportunity to join a workshop where the owner is known for genuinely looking after the team, creating a supportive, respectful working environment where technicians are valued.

• Remove and refit mechanical and electrical components during the repair process
• Carry out ADAS calibration work where qualified
• Diagnose mechanical issues related to collision damage
• Ensure all repairs are completed safely and to manufacturer standards
• Work closely with the wider bodyshop team to keep repairs progressing efficiently

• Previous experience as an MET Technician within a bodyshop environment
• Strong mechanical knowledge within accident repair
• ADAS calibration experience preferred
  
  Level 3 MET qualification ideal
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high repair standards

• £50,000 salary for MET technicians experienced in mechanical and ADAS
• £45,000 salary for technicians not yet fully qualified
• Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:30pm
• No weekend work
• Overtime paid at 1.25x rate
• Supportive workshop culture with an owner who actively looks after staff
