Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Parts Advisor located in the Greater Norwich Area, United Kingdom. The Parts Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing the right car parts, managing dealer communications, ensuring accurate inventory control, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires effective communication and a proactive approach to achieving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and a commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Experience with Dealer Management and the ability to maintain professional relationships
• Proficiency in Inventory Control to manage stock levels efficiently
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Organizational and time management abilities
