Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a reputable automotive dealership in Wimbledon. The Service Advisor role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the efficient operation of the service department. • Attractive basic salary up to £31,000 with an on‑target earnings (OTE) of approximately £36,000

• Greeting customers, managing bookings and scheduling service appointments
• Interpreting customer concerns, providing accurate estimates for repairs and servicing
• Liaising with technicians to ensure timely vehicle servicing
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints professionally
• Tracking vehicle progress throughout the workshop process
• Ensuring high standards of customer service to promote satisfaction and loyalty
• Communicating effectively with both customers and workshop team members

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership or automotive service environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of automotive systems, workshop processes, and service procedures
• Professional manner with a customer‑driven approach
• Willingness to contribute positively to team success and dealership growth
• Flexibility to work on a rota, including some Saturday mornings
