We have a vacancy for an experienced Technician/Mechanic/EV Technician, willing to join as Vanor HGV, Commercial Technician at our client’s premium Commercial Vehicle Centre based in the Heathrow area.

Are you a qualified Level 2 or 3 Motor Vehicle Technician/Mechanic, Time Served and/or MOT Tester, who is travelling out of the area; or seeking a new challenge with training and development within a commutable distance to Heathrow? We want to hear from you!

As Commercial Technician at this established dealership; you will recognise the value of teamwork and working to high standards; with the safety of drivers using the vehicles, at the forefront of your daily actions.

Working in a fast paced working environment, with a supportive management and workshop team, who encourage you to focus on “fixing it right first time.” You can use your technical knowledge to efficiently service and repair vehicles in a cost effective manner.

You will have opportunities to attend training courses to enhance your skills; enabling you to have a better product knowledge and improve your efficiency.

• Experience as a Level 2 or 3 Motor Vehicle Technician and LCV or HGV is welcome too!
• Have your own set of Tools (Specialist tools will be provided)
• A valid UK Driving Licence is desirable for this role
• A successful track record within the role of Technician, or mechanic; within an Independent Garage, or dealership environment.
• Someone who values the importance of working as part of a team
• A familiarity of working on a range of vehicle models in an accurate and efficient manner with a focus on a “First Time Fix”
• You will be happy to participate in training to enhance your product knowledge and skills

You simply need to have the “know how” of how to fix a vehicle and the “willingness to learn and develop,” and this company will assist you with training and developing your skills; taking your career to new heights!

A competitive basic salary ranging from around £40,000, dependent upon your skill level and specialism, another £2,000 per annum if you hold a valid EV certification and an OTE of £53,900. Overtime and weekends are paid at 1.5x.

Working a 40 hour week, with overtime available at a rate of 1.5; weekdays and weekends.
