Assistant Service Manager

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Assistant Service Manager in Wimbledon. • Competitive basic salary starting at £37,740 perannum, with anOTEof approximately £45,000

• Contributing to maintaining a positive and professional working environment
• Assisting in training and mentoring serviceadvisorsand technicians as required
• Ensuring compliance with automotive industry regulations and company policies

• Proven experience within a main dealership environment, ideally as a Master Technician, Senior Service Advisor, or Assistant Service Manager
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• An understanding of automotive industry standards and regulations
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and continuous improvement
• Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and manage performanceeffectively
