Your Role:
* Seamless diary management - coordinating meetings, lunches, and reminders
* High-volume travel arrangements - ensuring smooth itineraries
* Efficient inbox and call management - handling communications with discretion
* Processing expenses - keeping things running smoothly
* General administrative support - printing, binding, photocopying, arranging couriers
