Job Description & Requirements

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, meticulous, and independent individual who will provide patent prosecution support to executives. Prior experience working within a legal environment is preferable but not essential as training will be provided.

• Manages mails - physical mails, emails and courier services
• Manages warehousing of documents
• Provides administrative and operational support to the Executives
• Manages dockets, deadlines and maintains company diary by utilizing various software applications (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, DIAMS - general case information and docketing database, SPLegal - billing database, iManage, etc.)
• Performs operational tasks for Trademark, Patent, Design, Renewals, Recordals or Billings
• Monitors deadlines for Trademark, Patent, Design, Renewals, Recordals or Billings
• Updates status of Trademark, Patent, Design, Renewals, Recordals or Billings
• Issues bills for Trademark, Patent, Design, Renewals, Recordals or Billings
• Performs other administrative duties and projects when assigned

• Diploma holder in any field
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Independent and a team player
• Meticulous and able to adapt quickly
• Able to prioritize workload within a deadline-driven environment
