About the role:The Sales Support we are looking for will be the “oil in the cogs” for the department—enabling the best performance and outputs of the team by protecting time, maintaining momentum, and ensuring our processes and admin are executed accurately and consistently.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the central support for the Sales Director and sales team.
- Manage calendars, workflows and priorities to maximise productivity.
- Maintain CRM accuracy as the single source of truth.
- Ensure adherence to the sales process and track progress.
- Oversee and coordinate sales administration support.
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas and follow up on actions.
- Support reporting, planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, solutions-focused and innovative
. You naturally look for better ways to centralise, improve and enable process. - Highly organised with strong attention to detail
. Able to deliver accurate, timely admin and keep multiple priorities moving. - A finisher, not a starter
. You take ownership and see tasks through to completion. - Excellent communicator at all levels
. Able to work confidently with internal teams, clients and senior stakeholders. - High integrity and discretion
. Able to maintain trust and confidentiality at all times. - Comfortable under pressure
. Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. - Highly IT literate
. With experience using a CRM (desirable) and task management tools. - Relevant Experience
. Minimum 1 year in a similar role and within a fast‑paced, customer‑focused role involving regular interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
