We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support a busy and ambitious senior leader within a growing business. This is a hands‑on role offering real variety, responsibility and exposure across both operational and strategic areas of the company. The position is predominantly business‑focused (approximately 80%), with a smaller personal support element (20%). You will act as a true right‑hand support, helping streamline operations, protect time, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being involved, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is comfortable taking ownership of tasks without constant direction.
Executive Support (Business - 80%)
- Complex diary management and gatekeeping
- Inbox management and drafting correspondence
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and follow‑ups
- Travel booking and full itinerary preparation
- Expense management and reconciliation
- Preparing and maintaining spreadsheets and reports
- Liaising with suppliers and external stakeholders
- Supporting general office operations and day‑to‑day running
- Assisting with business growth initiatives and project support
- Uploading and scheduling social media content
- Organising team events and company away days
- Personal diary coordination
- Travel and booking arrangements
- Ad hoc personal administrative support as required
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
- Strong gatekeeping and time‑management skills
- Confident managing diaries and inboxes independently
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Commercially minded and comfortable supporting business growth
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Comfortable liaising with suppliers and managing external relationships
- Proactive, hands‑on and willing to get involved beyond a traditional EA remit
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
