Location: Greater London

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support a busy and ambitious senior leader within a growing business. This is a hands‑on role offering real variety, responsibility and exposure across both operational and strategic areas of the company. The position is predominantly business‑focused (approximately 80%), with a smaller personal support element (20%). You will act as a true right‑hand support, helping streamline operations, protect time, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being involved, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is comfortable taking ownership of tasks without constant direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support (Business - 80%)
  • Complex diary management and gatekeeping
  • Inbox management and drafting correspondence
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and follow‑ups
  • Travel booking and full itinerary preparation
  • Expense management and reconciliation
  • Preparing and maintaining spreadsheets and reports
  • Liaising with suppliers and external stakeholders
  • Supporting general office operations and day‑to‑day running
  • Assisting with business growth initiatives and project support
  • Uploading and scheduling social media content
  • Organising team events and company away days
Personal Support (20%)
  • Personal diary coordination
  • Travel and booking arrangements
  • Ad hoc personal administrative support as required
About You:
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
  • Strong gatekeeping and time‑management skills
  • Confident managing diaries and inboxes independently
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Commercially minded and comfortable supporting business growth
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Comfortable liaising with suppliers and managing external relationships
  • Proactive, hands‑on and willing to get involved beyond a traditional EA remit
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
