Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated candidate to join the Preoperative Assessment Team at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. The post holder will be required to work closely with the Administrative Managers and Clinical teams, including team leaders, nursing and medical staff and liaise with a range of staff internally and externally across the Trust. You will be able to adapt quickly and effectively in different environments, able to be flexible when faced with challenging situations and provide administrative support to our clinicians and provide quality customer service to our patients.
Responsibilities- Undertake a wide range of administrative duties.
- Provide administrative support to a team liaising with patients, doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the delivery of high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare by providing an administrative service focused on the patient and their individual needs.
- Provide effective and efficient administrative support and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Work hours are Monday to Friday with alternate Saturday shift.
- Where applicable, work in a busy and demanding environment while keeping the patient at the centre of all activities.
- Good team player with excellent listening and communication skills.
- Organised, adaptable and flexible.
