This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment; therefore, the role is ideally suited to a confident, highly organised, detail-oriented, multi-tasker who is process-driven and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

The position involves working alongside senior stakeholders and sophisticated investors; therefore, a polished and confident candidate with excellent communication skills, with degree-level education, is essential.

The successful candidate will be confident working with data, spreadsheets and CRM systems (Salesforce beneficial, but not essential). A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar support role is essential. Strong IT skills are vital, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Hours:

8:30am-5:30pm

Start: end of May

Based: hybrid, 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH (more office-based to begin with)

Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to the sales team, including diary management, travel coordination and meeting preparation
  • Maintain and update CRM records, pipeline data and sales reporting to support accurate tracking and process improvement
  • Act as a key point of contact for client and investor queries, supporting onboarding, communications and follow-ups
  • Prepare and manage sales materials, marketing documentation and internal reports, ensuring all data is stored in a structured and compliant manner
  • Plan and coordinate client webinars and assist with group events across the UK and Europe
  • Support cross-team collaboration with marketing, research and operations, assisting with ad-hoc projects as required
