Executive Assistant to CEO | Central London
An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a CEO within a leading central London property investment and development business.
This is a high-profile, pivotal role supporting a Board-level CEO who chairs the Executive Committee. You will act as a true right-hand partner, ensuring seamless diary management, high-quality Board and ExCo support, and first-class stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
The business is known for its collaborative, high-performing and genuinely supportive culture. It combines ambition and excellence with approachability and mutual respect. The role is office-based four days per week to enable close collaboration at CEO level, with flexibility to work three days in the office on occasion where business needs allow.
Key responsibilities include:- Complex and fluid diary management
- Board and Executive Committee paper collation, formatting and proofreading
- PowerPoint preparation and document production
- Stakeholder liaison at senior level
- Invoice and supplier administration
- Maintaining accurate electronic filing and records
- Occasional personal administrative support
- 5+ years’ experience supporting a CEO, Board Director or Executive Committee member
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
- Advanced PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Calm, adaptable and confident managing upwards
- Discreet, proactive and solutions-focused
