This role suits someone who is an enthusiastic, proactive and experienced PA who can operate with discretion, manage competing deadlines and build strong relationships across the Firm. The successful candidate will be keen to grow within a fast-paced environment and always demonstrate professionalism.
What you'll be doing:- Pro‑active diary management for the General Counsel and the Director of Partner Development and Integration.
- Assisting with preparation of Partner Development meetings including liaising with PAs and EAs across the firm for availability, liaising with external coaches and presenters, booking meeting rooms and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Providing the General Counsel and team with support on legal documents and agreements.
- Assisting Management EAs with tasks as and when necessary, such as meeting scheduling, preparing meeting packs, providing support during busy periods.
- Assist with preparation of documents and presentations.
- Travel management, booking transport, hotels, client meetings and producing detailed itineraries.
- Proactively dealing with all aspects of claiming expenses.
- Act as a friendly and professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Build strong working relationships across the business.
- Proven PA experience supporting senior stakeholders in a professional or corporate environment.
- Legal PA experience would be advantageous.
- Advanced IT Skills; proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to act with absolute discretion essential.
- Friendly and professional with a strong service ethic.
- Reliable, punctual, friendly and flexible.
- Have an enthusiastic approach to learning and development.
