As an Administrative Assistant to the CEO, this is what you’ll be doing:

We’re looking for an organised, motivated, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our CEO. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early‑career professional eager to learn how a global organisation operates at senior level.

In this role, you’ll gain exposure to executive operations, communications, and business priorities while building strong organisational and stakeholder management skills. You’ll play an important part in keeping things running smoothly day to day, enabling our leaders to focus on their highest‑impact work.

We’re looking for someone with great attention to detail, a positive attitude, strong judgment, and a genuine interest in developing their career in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Supporting the CEO day to day
  • Help manage the CEO’s diary, scheduling meetings and protecting focus time
  • Support inbox management by organising emails and flagging priorities
  • Prepare simple briefing packs, agendas, and meeting materials
Tracking key actions and following up where needed
  • Assist with preparing internal presentations and communications
  • Help coordinate town halls, leadership meetings, and engagement activities
  • Create clear, well‑formatted PowerPoint slides and documents
Working with internal teams to ensure communications are timely and well organised
  • Arrange travel bookings and manage simple expense processing
  • Support invoice processing and basic budget tracking
  • Maintain organised records and documentation
Ensuring day‑to‑day admin tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Suggest simple improvements to processes and team organisation
  • Help streamline administrative workflows where possible
Supporting the team in working efficiently and effectively
  • Handle sensitive information with care and discretion
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders

Any other duties that fall within the scope and purpose of the role.

Skills and experience
  • A relevant degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
  • A proactive, positive, and curious mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • High levels of professionalism and discretion
  • A genuine interest in learning and growing in a fast‑paced, global environment
