Meeting and Events Coordinator

We're looking for a proactive and organised Meeting & Events Coordinator to join our team.

You’ll be the go-to organiser behind our daily meetings and events; booking rooms, juggling schedules, and keeping everyone in sync. From first idea to final applause, you’ll help plan, coordinate, and deliver seamless events.

We’re looking for a bright graduate or someone with operations or admin experience who loves staying organised and making things happen!

• Booking and coordinating daily meetings and events, including room allocations and schedules
• Managing event logistics from initial enquiry through to delivery
• Liaising with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution
• Supporting the planning and on-the-day coordination of events
• Assisting with creative tasks such as brochure design and promotional materials
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems

• Graduate calibre or experience in operations or administrative roles
• Ideally a background in hospitality or food & beverage
• Confident using systems and technology (training provided)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional and confident liaising with a range of stakeholders
• Diplomatic, level‑headed, and solution‑focused approach
