** About

The Role
*** Handle general administrative duties including filing, documentation, preparation of reports, and official correspondence.
* Prepare monthly management reports with a focus on move-in and move-out activities, renovation status, and occupancy records.
* Prepare reports and coordinate appointments related to façade works, including inspection and touch-up works.
* Coordinate, monitor, and respond to residents’ complaints and enquiries received via mobile applications, emails, and walk-in interactions.
* Assist and support residents in renovation-related processes, including work permit applications, access card arrangements, and completion of relevant forms.
* Maintain and update tenant records, filing systems, and basic administrative databases.
* Compile and submit monthly staff attendance records to HQ Admin.
* Carry out any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
