We are delighted to be working with a high profile private family office who are looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support the Family Property Investment Office.
Position SummaryAs the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a high level of support to a small team of Executive Directors.
You will be an Executive Assistant who has exceptional attention to detail and high standards of support along with the ability to build strong relationships and act as a representative for the family office.
Culture is key in this family investment office, everyone pitches in and works together as a team.
Executive Assistant duties- Coordinate diaries including meetings, video conferences, calls and client lunches/dinners
- Monitor and manage inboxes
- First point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Book and manage travel itineraries
- Prepare meeting rooms and ensure they are maintained to a high standard
- Provide refreshments and ensure a welcoming environment
- Prepare documents for meetings, including printing and binding
- Processing expenses
- General administrative support and working on ad hoc projects
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, within a similar property investment environment
- Personal qualities: assertive, fast, diplomatic, discreet, very organised, dynamic and autonomous, sense of responsibility.
- Ability to prioritise work and multi-task requests under pressure.
- Tact and good judgement in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management.
- Positive attitude, friendly approach, well presented, respectful.
This is an office based role for 4 days a week, based in Marylebone, and one day from home.
