Position: Buying Admin Assistant - Womenswear (12 Month FTC)

** 4-5 days per week at our North Acton office, the rest WFH. At Boden, our Buying Admin Assistants play a key role in bringing our beautiful collections to life. Reporting into the Buyer, you’ll provide vital support across all stages of product development — from first samples to final delivery. You’ll manage samples, liaise with suppliers, track critical paths, and keep our systems running smoothly to ensure everything arrives on time and to the high standards we’re known for.

This role is a
** 12 Month FTC position,
** candidates must be comfortable with this before applying.
Work with Technical and Production teams to ensure Photo, TOP, and Press samples are ordered and delivered for shoots.

Some administrative or retail experience is beneficial but not essential — enthusiasm and curiosity go a long way!
