A globally mobile UHNW principal is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to operate as their primary right hand across all private and business matters. This is a high‑intensity, high‑trust position based from the principal’s private residence in Central London, requiring long hours, constant availability and extensive international travel at short notice.
The successful candidate will be an elite EA with proven UHNW experience, impeccable judgement, and the ability to run a complex life with precision, pace and absolute discretion.
Private Office & Principal Support- Act as the principal’s first point of contact, managing all communication, priorities and information flow.
- Oversee a constantly shifting global diary with full ownership of scheduling, logistics and strategic planning.
- Prepare briefs, meeting notes and follow‑ups to support fast, informed decision‑making.
- Maintain complete confidentiality around all personal, financial and family matters.
- Plan and execute extensive international travel, including private aviation, ground transport, visas and security‑led itineraries.
- Travel frequently with the principal to ensure seamless support across all environments.
- Anticipate needs in real time, adjusting plans and resolving issues before they reach the principal.
- Oversee household staff including housekeepers, chefs, drivers, security and wardrobe assistants.
- Manage rotas, performance, recruitment and daily coordination to ensure smooth household operations.
- Liaise with property managers, contractors and external suppliers across multiple residences.
- Ensure all homes are maintained to the highest standard and fully prepared ahead of principal arrivals.
- Act as the principal’s stabilising force during unexpected events, travel disruptions or sensitive situations.
- Manage high‑pressure scenarios with calm authority, discretion and rapid decision‑making.
- Protect the principal’s privacy, reputation and security at all times.
- Manage confidential documents, contracts, correspondence and high‑value transactions.
- Coordinate with lawyers, accountants, advisors and corporate teams.
- Track budgets, expenses and financial reporting with accuracy and accountability.
- Proven experience supporting UHNW principals, founders or high‑profile individuals at the highest level.
- No travel restrictions and fully comfortable with long hours, last‑minute changes.
- Exceptional organisational ability, foresight and attention to detail.
- Impeccable discretion, emotional intelligence and the ability to operate in highly confidential environments.
- Highly polished, articulate and culturally aware, with a service‑first mindset.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage household teams and external partners.
- Available immediately and ready to commit to a demanding, fast‑paced role.
