We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and resourceful Personal Assistant to support two individuals across both professional and personal domains. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains strict confidentiality, and is willing and able to travel.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring strategic prioritization
- Oversee travel planning (private and commercial), including detailed itineraries, ground transportation, and last-minute changes
- Track key dates, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and vendors on behalf of the executive
- Oversee household operations, vendors, and service providers
- Coordinate property maintenance and improvement projects
- Manage personal scheduling, medical appointments, and family logistics
- Plan and execute events, dinners, and special occasions
- Oversee gifting (holidays, birthdays, corporate gifts), ensuring thoughtful and timely execution
- Assist with wardrobe coordination, returns, and personal shopping as needed
- Plan seamless domestic and international travel experiences
- Research and secure reservations at top restaurants, hotels, and experiences
- Manage packing lists, travel documentation, and itineraries
- Track and submit expenses
- Support special projects as assigned
- 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, founders, or high-profile individuals
- Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities
Available outside of traditional business hours when necessary
