We are seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join a respected, service‑focused organisation in central London. This role sits at the heart of the front‑of‑house operation and requires professionalism, reliability and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a warm, confident and highly professional welcome to all visitors
- Manage incoming calls, emails and enquiries with discretion and accuracy
- Ensure the reception area remains organised, presentable and well‑run
- Support internal meetings, hospitality and company events
- Manage post, deliveries, couriers and essential office supplies
- Oversee refreshments, catering arrangements and twice‑weekly Ocado orders
- Maintain the Reception Manual and support ad‑hoc administrative tasks
- Experience in a client dacing or customer service role
- Strong communication skills and a composed, friendly manner
- Excellent attention to detail and a reliable, discreet approach
- Ability to stay calm and solutions‑focused in a busy environment
- Very comfortable using MS Office and meeting‑room management systems
Monday to Friday, rotating shifts: 08:00–16:30 or 09:30–18:00.
