** We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Resource Coordinator to support our internal Analyst team and help keep operations running smoothly. This is a support‑focused, non‑technical role where you’ll play a key part in enabling cross‑functional teams to work efficiently.
This is a hybrid role working 2 days a week in our Cambridge or London office.
* Performing administrative tasks to support Analysts in accessing internal systems
* Managing task prioritisation and resource allocation across the Analyst team
* Monitoring the team inbox to ensure timely responses to GTM and other internal teams
* Helping ensure reporting, consulting calls, and SOC‑related tasks are appropriately prioritised
* Acting as the “face” of the internal Analyst team
* Supporting cross‑functional collaboration to help teams complete tasks efficiently
* Working closely with a global team in a supportive and collaborative environment
* Experience in a corporate environment, or recent graduate with relevant internships
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
* Effective communication skills, especially when working cross‑functionally
* Administrative experience and/or a client or customer‑facing background preferred
* A proactive, team‑focused mindset with the ability to multitask and adapt
