From our fulfilment centres to our flagship store, passion, vision and dynamism are part of our DNA – and that extends to our team.

Job Purpose: We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director and Design Director, playing a pivotal role at the heart of the business.

This is a highly trusted, fast-paced role for someone who thrives on organisation, discretion and proactive problem-solving. You’ll be responsible for ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly while acting as a key connector between leadership, store teams, suppliers and cross-functional departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing complex diaries and scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Overseeing inbox management, prioritising communications and handling responses where appropriate.
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation and itineraries.
  • Managing Egencia bookings and travel administration.
  • Processing invoices, expenses and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Supporting new starters, contracts and onboarding for employees, contractors and consultants.
  • Organising internal and external events, meetings and room bookings.
  • Coordinating guest and personal travel where required.
  • Maintaining tax calendars, stationery supplies and general office administration.
  • Supporting global sales coordination and cross-functional communications.
  • Acting as a key point of contact between leadership, internal teams and external partners.
About You
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior PA, ideally supporting senior leadership.
  • Exceptional diary, inbox and travel management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Confident communicator, able to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Please note, this is a fixed-term contract until March 2027.
