The RoleThe Workplace Coordinator ensures the smooth, efficient day-to-day running of the office, creating a safe, welcoming and well‑organised working environment for employees, visitors and partners.
This role plays a key part in supporting employee experience, facilities operations and business growth by managing office logistics, supplier relationships, access control and onboarding. You’ll be a visible, trusted presence in the office, helping the workplace reflect DAZN’s culture and values while enabling teams to work productively without disruption.
What You'll Be Doing:- Own the reception experience, acting as a friendly and professional first point of contact while building strong relationships across DAZN
- Deliver exceptional customer service to employees, visitors and contractors, working closely with building management and security
- Manage office access systems, meeting room bookings and on‑site logistics, including support for Town Halls, EXECO meetings and staff events
- Handle post, deliveries and face‑to‑face queries, managing requests via DAZN’s internal Service Desk platform and escalating issues where required
- Coordinate on‑site suppliers and vendors (cleaning, maintenance, couriers), carrying out regular building and Health & Safety walkarounds
- Raise purchase orders, resolve invoicing queries and maintain accurate local documentation and trackers
- Support workplace budgeting by tracking spend and ensuring alignment with agreed budgets alongside the Workplace Manager
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including access systems and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with planning and delivery of office and employee events that strengthen engagement and culture
- Experience in workplace coordination, office management, facilities or a customer‑facing operational role
- A strong service mindset with a genuine passion for creating positive employee and visitor experiences
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing access, compliance and documentation
- Comfort working with service desk tools, suppliers and internal systems
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with the confidence to elevate issues appropriately
- Knowledge of Health & Safety or facilities operations is an advantage
