Are you a Damp and Mould Coordinator in London looking for your next role? We are urgently recruiting a Damp and Mould Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Damp & Mould team within the Repairs division.

• Have worked in a Local Authority or Housing Association setting
• Have worked admin level roles within damp and mould teams

• Provide day‑to‑day admin support to the Damp & Mould function
• Log new cases, book surveys, and monitor progress through to resolution
• Track works, ensure updates are recorded accurately, and maintain compliance documents
• Liaise with residents, surveyors, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure all actions align with damp & mould procedures and Awaabs Law requirements

• Experience working in a local authority or housing association
• Background in repairs administration or damp & mould workflows
• Strong organisational skills and accuracy in record‑keeping
• Confident communicator with a customer‑focused approach
• Ability to attend the North London office three days per week (non‑negotiable)
