Our Facilities team keeps the engine running behind the scenes. As a Facilities Assistant, you’ll help create a welcoming, organised, and high‑performing workplace where our teams can do their best work every day. Working closely with the Workplace Operations Manager, you’ll support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office in a fast‑paced, growing environment.

This is a newly created role with plenty of opportunity to grow and shape responsibilities as the business evolves.

Working pattern

On-site, 5 days per week

Responsibilities
  • Ensure a safe, welcoming, and well‑organised workspace for all London staff
  • Coordinate supplier and contractor relationships (warehouse, couriers, consumables, merchandise)
  • Manage ordering and stock of office supplies, snacks, drinks, and stationery
  • Support onboarding by setting up workstations, laptops, devices, and starter kits
  • Manage and respond to internal helpdesk tickets
  • Assist with office moves, restacking, and space reconfigurations
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment, phones, marketing materials, and merchandise
  • Support administration of office services (parking, mileage tracking, Docu Sign)
  • Carry out light maintenance and ad‑hoc operational tasks
