Team Administrative Assistant
Location: City of London (Hybrid working – 3 days in office)
Reporting to: Head of Finance

The Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Administrative Assistant to support the Head of Finance and wider finance and analytics teams.
This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth running of leadership schedules and team operations. It requires discretion, strong attention to detail and the confidence to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complex diary management for the Head of Finance and selected senior leaders
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, including logistics and preparation of materials
  • Supporting presentation preparation where required
  • Booking travel, accommodation and transport
  • Processing invoices and expenses
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing administrative support across projects and initiatives
  • Assisting with team events, workshops and quarterly offsites
  • Supporting additional tasks as required
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience as a Team Assistant / PA / Administrative Assistant
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Discreet and comfortable handling confidential information
