Team Administrative Assistant
Location: City of London (Hybrid working – 3 days in office)
Reporting to: Head of Finance

The Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Administrative Assistant to support the Head of Finance and wider finance and analytics teams.
This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth running of leadership schedules and team operations. It requires discretion, strong attention to detail and the confidence to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Complex diary management for the Head of Finance and selected senior leaders
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, including logistics and preparation of materials
- Supporting presentation preparation where required
- Booking travel, accommodation and transport
- Processing invoices and expenses
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing administrative support across projects and initiatives
- Assisting with team events, workshops and quarterly offsites
- Supporting additional tasks as required
- Previous experience as a Team Assistant / PA / Administrative Assistant
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Discreet and comfortable handling confidential information
