Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer

Fulham - £60,000

Residential Development

We are seeking a highly organised and trustworthy Executive Assistant to the COO to support the day-to-day operations of a senior executive within a residential development environment. This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules and communications with confidence.

The successful candidate will act as a true right-hand support, ensuring the COO's time is used effectively while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full diary management for the COO, including scheduling meetings, site visits, travel and priorities
  • Comprehensive inbox management, drafting responses and handling correspondence on behalf of the COO
  • Acting as a gatekeeper, managing access and communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, papers and follow-up actions
  • Managing confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion
  • Liaising with senior leadership, consultants, contractors and external partners
  • Supporting operational projects and assisting with ad hoc tasks as required
  • Ensuring deadlines, commitments and actions are tracked and delivered
  • Maintaining organised digital and physical filing systems
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership
  • Exceptional diary and inbox management skills in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
  • Confidence working independently and using sound judgement
  • Experience with in property, construction or residential development is advantageous
